A fantastic and well preserved Vacheron Constantin ref.4178 made in the early 1950s. 18k pink gold three body case. Manual winding Vacheron cal.472 movement. Silver dial with sub registers at 3 and 9, outer tachymeter and telemeter scale, applied index and straight hands. The watch is accompanied by its original box and extract of archives confirming the production of the watch in 1951.

Plexiglas – 36mm diameter w/o crown – 17mm bracelet width.
