What we love about it?
Simply its incredible beauty, this watch is a real synthesis of an era. An era of great discoveries, great technical leap forwards and great despair. The 1940s. 80 years ago this watch was sold making it more than a vintage watch, it is today a piece of history… that tells history. The history of aviation, the history of global exchanges (Jardur was founded as an import company for the US market), the history of watches and the history with a capital H. Above this, the watch is simply astonishing, the cathedral hands, the primitive waterproof case, the primitive rotatable bezel, the stunning glossy galvanized dial, all its technical scales…. It is just an absolute joy to behold.
