We always strive to stay true to one motto: be the best as possible. Our greatest satisfaction is knowing that our customers are happy, and for that, we will always work our hardest. However, we do not guarantee that the content of this site is perfectly accurate, reliable and error-free.

If you experience a problem with an order, please email us and be assured that we will do our best to make it right.


We certify that each watch sold on our website is original to the best of our knowledge.

Unless stated otherwise, with the exception of the glass and/or the band, each of its parts are original and used the way they were intended to when the watch left the factory.

You will receive a certificate of authenticity with your purchase.


Each of our watches is offered with a standard 30-day mechanical warranty. This mechanical warranty does not cover damages that the buyer might cause. In regards to vintage models, we cannot guarantee waterproofness or time accuracy.

We do guarantee that each and every one of the watches available runs and that each function works as it should when shipped.


In addition to our secure credit card checkout, we accept bank transfers and PayPal. All payments must be made in full in Euros. An invoice will be issued and your order shipped upon receiving full payment.

The sale will never be considered concluded until full payment is received.


All items are carefully packed and shipped via express couriers such as FedEx, UPS, Chronopost or local post offices.

Your shipment is fully insured at our own cost, please open the parcel in front of your courier to attest any potential damages caused during transportation. If you do not do this, we cannot guarantee the full refund of your order due to transportation damages.

We are proud and happy to ship orders around the globe.

Please keep in mind that for shipments outside the EU, Horare is required to declare the retail value of the order which might then be subject to fees and taxes upon arrival in the destination country. Potential taxes and fees are the responsibility of the customer.


We have a no-questions-asked 14-day return policy for EU orders. 

Due to custom regulations and unless you find out an hidden defect on your order (mis-description, non original parts undisclosed...), all export sales (outside EU) are final.

Insured return shipping is at the cost of the customer. We will process the refund as soon as we receive the watch and can confirm that it is in the same condition as it was when it was first shipped. Please email contact@horare.com for further instructions.
