1970 Audemars Piguet 4010 "Peacock-Spider"
A uniquely patinated and very elegant Audemars Piguet wristwatch reference 4010ST made in the 1970s. Stainless steel case. Self-winding cal.2120 movement. Black glossy dial with silver writings, no indices and straight silver hands.
Here’s a beautiful example of a watch that came before the famous Royal Oak showing the change of shapes in the 60s/70s field, powered by the movement that changed everything for AP the JLC based cal.2120 extra flat automatic. On top of these historical facts that make this watch collectable we have here available an example with a unique patina on the dial that looks like a “peacock” under the suns light.
